Do Cozmo sofas come in a box?
Yes, Cozmo furniture arrives in compact, manageable boxes rather than as one bulky piece, which is what allows every design to reach rooms a traditional sofa can't.
Will a Cozmo sofa fit through a narrow doorway, hallway or up the stairs?
Yes. Because it's delivered in boxes and assembled in the room, it fits through any standard doorway, tight hallway, stairwell or lift, so there's no "will it fit?" worry on delivery day.
What are the box sizes?
The majority of our sofa configurations arrive in sections that are under 1m² which allows easy access to any space. 2 seater sections and chaise bases will be a little longer but still delivered with no fuss. We recommend 2 people to lift the bigge
How to assemble my Cozmo?

Will the Delivery Team take away my old sofa?
Our delivery team are unable to take away your old sofa, so you will need to make alternative arrangements. We recommend you flatten and store your delivery boxes in case you decide to return your sofa to us as new packaging will incur a cost.

Can I Choose My Delivery Date?

What happens before your delivery?
The day before you are due to receive your Cozmo, our delivery partner will provide an expected four hour delivery time slot to help plan. On the day, the team allocated your order will call when they are roughly 30 minutes away from your address.
Small item delivery
We send out the majority of our soft accessories, jackets and cushions via Royal Mail’s tracking service. Once your order has been labelled and ready for dispatch, we will provide the tracking number for your order.
Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland delivery
