Returning an item is easy and straightforward: simply contact us at [email protected], providing your order number and why you want to return your sofa, and we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable date and time for collecting the item. We’ll ask you to repack the item in its original packaging; if you no longer have this, we can provide new boxes, but this will incur a fee of £90.
