How do I return an item?Updated a month ago

We would hate to see you go, but understand sometimes it just isn't quite right. Simply contact us at [email protected], providing your name and order number and your reason for returning. We would always be keen to have a quick conversation to see if there was anything we could do to help you love your Cozmo but failing that, our team would be in contact to arrange a suitable date and time for collection. 

If you no longer have the packaging the team can arrive and repack on the day. Once your item has been checked by our returns team, the cost of your order will be refunded, minus any fees. For further information, read our Returns Policy here.
