Yes, you can exchange one sofa for another, subject to stock availability. Contact us at [email protected], providing your order number and why you want to return it, then add the details of the sofa you’d like to replace it with. We’ll then collect and check your original sofa and dispatch the new one. If there’s a difference in price, we’ll either refund the difference or request additional payment if the new sofa is more expensive. Please note, you will need to repackage the unwanted sofa in its original packaging; if you no longer have this, you will be charged for repackaging
